Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

"Everyone was pleasantly helpful the Elevator was slow but they were working on another in the building so it was pretty busy. Excellent location we seen a ball game which you could walk to we also walked to the casino and a few restaurants. The hotel restaurant was amazing food was hot and delicious. Homemade bbq chips were tasty. We had breakfast the day we left and it was great homemade biscuits and gravy were awesome. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Just know pretty much everywhere you go only uses debit or credit cards there not many places that take cash. The Christmas Story House was more fun than expected. Air show and Rock n Roll hall of fame was cool."

"I have been to this location a few times now. I have not had one complaint. However I do wish they offered coffee in the lobby at least in the morning. I have had problems with my paymen going through when I decided to extend my stay because of the third party I book through and the desk has been very patient with me while I got it worked out even though it would go a few minutes past check out time."

"First time staying at a Drury Hotel . It has an old, classic feel . The staff was young , intellect and professional . I plan to stay again. It will be the first place I will look at as we travel throughout the US. Happy that I tried a new place and was very pleased."
