"We only stayed one night and enjoyed how close the hotel was to the riverwalk. Great location. Staff were fine and hotel very clean. The only issue we had was the a/c. Our room stayed a bit warm for us. We tried several times to turned it down and it stayed at 70. Which I know might be great for others but we sleep best in 68. I did try to call the staff a few times and no one answered. The 3rd time the phone was picked up but no one spoke and it sounded like it was just taken off the receiver :). We didn’t even attempt to go downstairs because we were ready for bed. Outside of the air flow, everything else was great."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

"The only issue I had was that the phone in the room was not working, I discovered this when I tried calling the front desk because my thermostat it the room had stopped working, because it needed new batteries. They came and fixed the thermostat...and attempted to repair the phone, but I didn't need it anyway...but overall great hotel...thank you"

Hilton Palacio Del Rio

"I moved over to the Hilton after there was a water main break at the Grand Hyatt.. and I have to say, I regret that I wasn't just staying at the Hilton the whole time. The staff was SO kind to me after I was already having a rough day. My room was ready right away, there were so many staff there to help me and greet me. I was so so grateful for the Hilton staff and the location. I can't give enough thanks!"
