"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. What really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff they truly made our experience feel special. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located in a good area. It’s close enough to River Walk and also the Convention Center. Breakfast is what you would expect for a free breakfast. Want something different, Dennys is across the street. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to get larger pool towels. They were small and looked like cleaning towels. You needed 2-3 just to dry off."

"Clean, close restaurants and coffee, but the room was so tiny. We could barely move around in there. Only 1 elevator made it long to get up and down at dinner time and checkout. It’s a tiny elevator so not many fit."

"The staff were excellent. I lost my valet ticket. No problem - with proper identification, we had our car in no time. We got drenched in a thunder shower - immediate hot towels were brought to us. The food in the tavern, accompanied by music, was good. I would definitely stay here again. it is close to the river walk, but not as expensive as the hotels right on the river"
