"Best hotel in Vegas, felt very safe with the extra precaution at entry! Very kid friendly as there’s no smoking area’s or direct casinos on the property but easy access to Miracle mile shops, Starbucks, and the pool. The staff were kind and friendly, felt comfortable during the stay as they made sure we received the best service! Best views ever, I would definitely come back and stay in the same room since you can’t beat a corner suite with views to the strip!"

"The hotel was great. The room was good. The casino was awesome. The housekeepers and floor supervisors were phenomenal. The Casino, Bar and Restaurant staff were wonderful. The $15 Steak and egg breakfast was superb! The front desk was horrible. Check in and check out were fine. Everything in between was terrible. I asked multiple times for fresh towels and other things. Every time I would get a blank I don't care stare and a "sure we will take care of that" but nothing would happen." Nothing. Almost like they could care less. Once I learned that the housekeepers and floor supervisors were amazing and took care of everything I needed. I never spoke to the front desk again. They front desk was just horrible. Would stay again but didn't feel welcomed by the front desk. I'll just keep my distance from them. Lol. Just horrible."
