"Todo estuvo excelente salvo la parte en que alertan a los huéspedes para su retiro del hotel, tocando la puerta y no dando explicaciones por lo que uno se asusta , en mi caso estaba sola con mi bebé y corrí a llamar a recepción porque tocaron y solo me dijeron hola ok!!!! Sin más explicaciones"

"My recommendation for you all, is that you open up ALL of the pool seating to EVERYONE during M-Thurs. I stayed at your hotel specifically so when I get off work, I could go and lay out at the pool, but 1/3 of the seating was blocked off for VIP and special guests, and none of those VIP or special guests were using the space. I didn’t get to use your pool 1 single time because every spot to layout was taken up by other people. Besides that, solid hotel, I will be staying there again."
