"I was only supposed to pay $113 when I arrived and they charged me 213 and said that was the resort fees that must be paid"

"Bottom mattress did not have a fitted sheet. I confirmed the 8 am airport shuttle with the front desk by phone the night before, then the front desk the next morning said there was no 8 am shuttle because the drivers needed a lunch break. I called the manager to discuss these issues and she never called me back."

"All the tables and floors were scratched or damaged. Pool table was in terrible condition and there was no pool chalk. When I called for some it never came. Really no reason I would be coming back here unless there is no where else to go. Even then I might just stay at a hotel"

"Room was not that clean. Leftover stuff in the fridge from previous guest and glitter all over the floor. The tv didn’t work and the AC sounded like a jet plane taking off - you get what you pay for! "

"We selected this hotel for the night before flying home after visiting Utah. Was pleasantly surprised. Very well-appointed entrance and lobby and no casinos. Easy access and parking as compared to the larger hotels on the strip. It also has a show room with a lot of different shows that I would love to see if we had more time. The bar and grill on site have good food and very reasonably priced. Basic Wi-Fi is adequate to check emails and news. Because we want a place near airport, you can hear airplane take off. It does not brother us but just be aware if you do not like the noises. "
