"I stayed at this hotel for three days while visiting Las Vegas. My overall experience was mixed. The positives: the room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, which was much needed in the Vegas heat. However, the AC unit was quite old and made a lot of noise, which was disruptive. Being on the ground floor also meant I could hear people walking in the room above me, which affected the comfort of my stay. Additionally, I found the staff not to be very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. On the brighter side, the hotel offered a nice variety of restaurants and bars, and there were different shows going on, which added fun and entertainment to the trip. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the spa. I received treatments from Norma, who was extremely professional, welcoming, and skilled. Because of her excellent service, I went back every day for Swedish and deep tissue massages. I’ve had spa experiences in many places—including Los Cabos, on a cruise, and in Turkey, China, and Russia—and I can confidently say that Norma gave me the best massage treatment I’ve ever received. She truly made my trip special. While the hotel itself had some drawbacks, the combination of good dining and entertainment options, along with the exceptional spa service from Norma, made my stay worthwhile. "

"We loved our stay at the Elara! Fabulous space with the 2-bedroom suite with comfortable beds, spacious living area with a great view of the Sphere, easiest/quickest elevators to get to upper levels, and very clean. Loved that we could easily walk to Planet Hollywood to gamble without having to go outside and the Miracle Miles shops and cheap dining available. Very easy to get around the Strip with taxi service and great location on the Strip once you exit the Miracle Miles shops. "
