"when me and my friends got to the apartment we waited outside for 25 minutes trying to get into the apartment and rang two different numbers for someone to help us and all they could say was 'well all you can do is wait for someone to go into the hotel and you follow them in' which is outrageous. when we paid for the hotel through here less than 24 hours notice they messaged me and wanted a £35 WEEKLY cleaning fee when we are only staying there for only one night? "The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "
