Getting to Federal Circle requires arriving passengers to take the Air Train a short hop from the arrivals terminals to the Car Rental Facility. Return trips (Hotel-->JFK) depart right outside the hotel's front doors and then also deposit travellers at Federal Circle, requiring 10-15 minutes of additional travel via Air Train again to one's departure terminal.
