Our main significant issue was the noise from the air conditioning unit clunking and banging through the night, to the point where we had to turn it off despite the heatwave. Check-in/check-out was fine. ..."

"Charming place, right outside the Holyrood Palace. Clean and modern, no lift had to carry luggage up 3 flight of stairs. The building fire alarm is very sensitive. Close to Tesco express."
