"It says they offer breakfast, but it’s only a few things and they are out of others, nobody is checking if they need to refill the area. The person in the front desk, not friendly at all. She said they have been out of stuff because their truck has not arrived for 3 days. "

It definitely checks all those boxes. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. It was a quiet stay, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. "
