"The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. They could easily take us down there in a minute but they chose not to. Not good service. Something I learned from staying at this hotel： the extravagant affluent designs and settings does not really guarantee a quality service. "
