"The Staff and their delivery of services was a highlight of my visit! They are professional, friendly, very good at their jobs! The meals were delicious and plentiful. The only thing I found lacking was the towels are no longer luxurious, and a bit dingy. There was no ice bucket in the room.. "

"We enjoyed the resort but we wouldn’t choose this resort again. We were in the Eldorado side and I think we expected it to be more updated I guess. It’s a beautiful spot, but could use some renovations. We were also disappointed that the boardwalk was closed for upgrades and the pool in our building was closed for maintenance (and we still got charged a resort fee). "
