Top East Jerusalem Hotel Reviews

Ramada by Wyndham Jerusalem

10/10 Excellent

"Very helpful staff, great pool, nice room, well- priced. Quiet. Morning breakfast is a bit chaotic, but there's plenty of food."

Mamilla Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This is my second time staying at the Mamilla hotel and I love how unique it is. The hotel Is beautiful with character and charm, warmth and elegance. It is mid size which makes it feel like it has a personal touch and the staff know and greet you. It has a trendy vibe and is design focussed with artefacts and antiques in the lobby and common areas. We had a studio room and it was very quiet and comfortable with lots of wardrobe space and Bulgari toiletries. Everything was well thought out and I loved the big bath tub. It would have been nice to have a bath robe but it didn’t matter too much. The room was very clean and we appreciated the turn down service. The blackout curtains were excellent. We had a delicious chocolate cake left for us which could have been as we were staying over the holiday period. Israeli breakfasts are the best but even by Israeli standards breakfast was beautifully presented and there was a huge choice of food. Service was fantastic and the dining room is a beautiful space with high ceilings and views over the courtyard. The rooftop deck has a great view over the Old City with comfortable sun loungers and a water fountain."

8/10 Good

"Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful and relaxing lobby. I did not use it, but awesome looking pool. I was given an unexpected free room upgrade. Excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower. Very large towels. Lots of lights in the room. Good selection of coffee, tea, and sweeteners. Very comfortable bed. Very close proximity to restaurants and grocery. If you are lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the old city, the view will blow your mind. Especially at sunrise and sunset. There is quite a bit of a step up and down to get onto and off of the balcony. They are not suppose to walk on it,but there is a walkable rooftop in front of the balcony and you might have some of your fellow hotel guests walk by your balcony. I had to check out at 6:30 AM to get to the airport, and there was no staff at the reception desk. After a quick phone call, someone was sent to the desk immediately. Would definitely stay there again."
