"The bed had stains when you move the sheets lol"

"It was just OK. I did not see any bugs. My sheets were clean and smelled like they had just been washed. The sitting chair in the room was stained and should probably be replaced. Fire alarm went off around midnight we had to evacuate. When we got the all clear to go back in, the alarm continued to go on and off until 1:30 in the morning. No refund no compensation. Breakfast area has no space. And it was a normal hotel breakfast, it wasn’t great, but it was food. I also did not see any bugs in the breakfast area. The pool and hot tub looked beautiful, but we could not use it because of the amount of people that were in it. While the room was clean, it was small. "

"Very Clean facility, lacking water presure, Check-in Staff (red-eye) was less then helpful after spending ten minutes looking for someone. "

"I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. The hotel closed the pool about a hour later & never opened it back up. I was very upset because honestly what is it do at a hotel for children besides SWIM. They are getting worse if you ask me I don’t recommend."

"Room smelled Door wouldn’t open Didn’t have the lock Breakfast was a disaster, food took forever server was rude, eggs were gross, hair in my daughters food. French toast was soggy!"

"Our bed was broken out heads dipped down very uncomfortable sleep. Kept waking up all contorted trying to even ourselfs out. Husband woke up with a terrible back ache I just couldn’t stay alseep"

"It was clean. There’s no pool. The hotel door doesn’t shut all the way . There’s not bath tub. It’s kind of a sketch area . It was clean though and the staff was nice "

"Mac registered us & he was amazing. Our room was much smaller than we anticipated. We booked a Deluxe King bed room & it was not a full king size bed at best it was queen plus. The bathroom was elegant but the smallest bathroom I have ever had at a hotel. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is extremely well located to restaurants & cultural & sporting events"
