"room service food was not great and way too expensive. server of room service was polite and professional but gave me a bottle of water without glass of ice. she offered to get one but i said no. big miss. check in could not originally find my reservation but finally did. using wifi was horrible as i had to call desk to log in. i entered everything correctly but their last name requirement read with a first name as part of the last name. overall not good for a j w. bell men were very good. valet. could not respond to my request as my request on phone got kicked back. bellman had to request."

"Experience at Tru Hotel To Whom It May Concern, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at Tru Hotel. Upon entering my room, I found the cleanliness conditions unacceptable. The bed had a strong unpleasant odor, and it was evident that the sheets and bedding had not been properly changed before my arrival. This situation caused significant discomfort and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and quality standards. As a frequent traveler to Indiana, I regularly stay in hotels and expect at least a basic level of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards and has significantly affected my perception of the Tru brand. Due to this experience, I do not plan to stay at a Tru Hotel again. I hope the necessary corrective actions will be taken to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar issues. I would appreciate a response and an explanation of the measures that will be implemented to address this matter."

"Our travel plans for delayed and we weren't able to arrive until 3a but the hotel staff were very accommodating and let us check in late. It was also nice that checkout wasn't until noon after arriving very late. All of the staff were super nice."

Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast

"This is a nice property for the value. The Kickback and the pool were a disaster with screaming children and parents not paying attention so I could not relax and enjoy the amenities as they were intended. Need a larger seating area also. Doubtful I'll be back after this experience"
