"Overall it was a great stay. The hotel shuttle service came in handy on multiple occasions. When we first arrived, we took the Denver Rail to Central Park Station then took a bus to the property. We later discovered that we could call the hotel and have them send the hotel shuttle to pick us up. The hotel shuttle can be utilized within a certain radius of the hotel. All you have to do is call.
There is only one "area of opportunity" that I can distinctly remember. When we first arrived, the front desk staff informed us that our room was ready however we were still early (2PM). If we wanted to check in, we had to pay $25. We did not feel like paying the additional charge at the time. We opted to find something to eat until we were told to return to the hotel at 3:15 or 3:30pm. I completely understand the early check in charge if the hotel was at capacity the night before however our room was already ready. The delivery of the message could've been done differently but not a big enough deal to leave a bad review.
I would still recommend the hotel and stay for any future trips to the Denver area."
