"Room was not equipped with trash bags for trash. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, there was an overwhelming musty, mold like smell like there had been a leak somewhere and the rugs were not properly cared for after. Our room thermostat was broken and unable to hold a steady temperature making it either extremely cold or extremely hot in the bedroom part of our suite. The refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold and the TVs did not function properly. "

"Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. "

"Our first room when we arrived had the door open and a large industrial fan going. I didn’t want to even know why. We immediately went downstairs and got a new room. Interesting, that fan was going all night and most of the next day. Another patron had ants and bed bugs. "

"Everything was great. Preface was good enough preface for everyone in hotel. Parking was great easy to get to staff was very happy and pleasure to help you. Room was clean, great that it didn't have carpet and it had vinyl flooring which was perfect. Rooms, smell nice and fresh. Well be back there, again.
