"Check in was not as expected. I arrived 30 min earlier and the staff didn’t help to make it easier. After waiting in the front desk with all luggage and family, I had to question again for room to get it - I don’t know for how long it was available. The pool is great and kids had a lot of fun. It was clean and in great conditions, including towels and floats. Room was fine and clean. Beds were great. Breakfast was disappointing with few options of healthy or fresh food. Coffee was very bad, I had to use Caribbou."
