, this is it! Except for the pricing—that is totally today. Very rundown and in need of a facelift, but oddly enough, its familiarity with the past is somewhat comfortable and comforting. Great location, nice views of the water (canal) and very lovely outdoor spaces. "

"This was an overnight trip to visit family in Falmouth, MA. The hotel's accommodations were excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom and entire room was very clean. The room had an additional exit to the pool and a grassy area with a picnic table, very convenient for a summer trip. The breakfast offerings included a waffle maker, 7 different cereals, and a good assortment of baked goods. I will choose this hotel again when visiting family and can recommend it highly."
