"I’am from Honduras. Third time in Roatán. Overall the best Spot For a Family vacation. Came with my three kids. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness really made the experience stand out. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything, whether you’re looking for restaurants, shops, or key attractions. It made getting around easy and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and organized. The amenities were also great, especially the pool area, which was clean and relaxing with comfortable seating—perfect for unwinding. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the excellent service, ideal location, and high level of cleanliness, it offers great value and a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We love staying at Naboo, the only downside is that they do not offer sunbathing beds/umbrellas, they don't partner with anyone so its hard to find, the breakfast needs to get better if you don't like the buffet or if the food is cold they help you just let them know. We love the stay overall, the staff including the manager are amazing. "

"We love staying at Arca, the only complaint I have is how the receptionist Sasha made me feel, I felt I was just a credit card for her. The bed can be better. The food and drinks here are great the bar and restaurant is amazing. The day before check out we were approached with the check out invoice during sunset, worst experience ever and it ruin my sunset time, guest don't want to review a check out invoice while enjoying sunset in your bathing suit. I didn't mentioned it to the manager and he understood, hopefully this change as its not nice, I told the manager that is best to leave it at the room the night before check out, this is usually done at high-end boutique resorts. "

The breakfast was delicious with great variety and fresh options every morning The location is perfect: many restaurants and shops are super close, and the beach is just a short walk away. The staff was exceptional, especially Kimberly, who was always smiling, helpful, and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely return"

"Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet). The toilet kept malfunctioning, and there wasn’t a vent in the washroom so you can imagine the stench in the ‘superior suite’ for 6 people with 1 washroom. The breakfast consisted of the same (white bread, eggs, sausages and beans) and did not offer any fruits, vegetables, etc. I’ve stayed at the Bananarama before which is the same price and the rooms are a bit more rustic than this one but the food is far better. There is also no lunch/dinner options on site. Bit of a walk to the beach and their partnering beachfront resort is a 20 min walk. I would not recommend this place and would suggest any comparable beachfront hotel a better option. The Bananarama also offered evening entertainment for free. "
