"The AC in our room didn't seem to work correctly. The cold water faucet handle did not work in the kitchen sink area. We heard plumbing noises most of the night one night, and lastly, the elevator inspection expired in 2025 and we were there in May of 2026. "

"Hotel was just ok. It was a Saturday, they were short staffed on an event night, and we sat in the lobby with approximately 50 other guests because no rooms were available at check-in even though we arrived several hours after the check-in time started. Apparently, they were running late on getting rooms cleaned, that being said our room had trash on the floor and in the trash cans, the soap on the bathroom counter had been used by the previous occupants, and we didn't have a bathmat. It also took the hot water 15 minutes to heat to a tolerable temperature. You could definitely tell it had been "speed-cleaned.""

"I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all. "
