"There wasn’t anything I particularly disliked about the hotel. I understand that every guest has their own story, and some may only be passing through while others stay longer. Considering the location and the factors outside of management’s control, I believe they’ve done everything possible to keep the area and the guest community clean and well‑managed. Not having a permanent home shouldn’t affect how someone chooses to behave, and I appreciate management’s efforts to maintain a respectful environment for everyone.
The management and staff consistently show attentiveness to the tenants' needs. I appreciate their kindness and openness, paired with a strong sense of professionalism.
Management has also been working diligently to complete many needed repairs, and their efforts are clearly improving the overall condition of the property."
