"Room was very nice but was not sure why it was not cleaned daily. All staff were polite overall. Biggest disappointment was access to the pool which I was most looking forward to. There was an event that closed the pool the day we arrived. And then they would only give a 1 day access pass( no we’re on any advertising does it show this ). Last smoke in the hall ways on the 5th floor was terrible and the night before we left there was a loud disturbance from security arres some one accross from us."

"This property is modern and comfortable with rustic ambiance that matches the surrounding area. the room was absolutely clean and everything was in great condition. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to access the Wifi, too. My first night, there were issues with loud guests in the middle of the night that went unresolved despite calling the front desk twice. (They were running up and down the hall and knocking on walls and trying to open room doors that were not theirs.) I spoke with the front desk the next morning and they assured me the party in question was leaving and were kind in listening and working with me to resolve the issue. It did not repeat again, thankfully. The breakfast was pretty good and I otherwise felt comfortable and safe staying at this hotel. There were plenty of spaces inside and outside of this hotel to relax."
