"I’m writing to express my concerns about my recent stay.
At check-in, the staff member assisting me failed to inform me that a key card was required to activate the lights in the room. I was only provided with one key card, which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
While waiting in the lobby, I noticed it felt unusually warm, which led me to believe the air conditioning was not working. This was later confirmed when I overheard staff members discussing that the lobby AC had been out of service for approximately two weeks.
Additionally, I had purchased food and stored it in the mini fridge provided in the room; however, the fridge was not functioning, resulting in my food spoiling.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was also below expectations. There was visible hair left in the shower from previous guests, and the bathroom floors were noticeably stained. I will say that the beds were clean and comfortable, which I did appreciate. However, the overall experience fell short due to the issues mentioned above and was not worth the amount of money spent.
I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest experiences.
