"Staff are always wonderful especially Ashley. The elevator however broke down twice while there which for such a new building is odd. I think they need carpet, as the people above us were so very loud at early am(12 midnight to 3am) off and on over my 10 day stay."

"Rooms are very clean stuff very helpful concierge did answer every question but the hotel was overpriced. There was a problem with elevator every single day of our stay we missed to dinner reservation because of elevator. There was incident. One of the guests stuck in the elevator over two hours. It was panic with having seniors with us, and there is no stairs to use in instead of elevator. !!!!"
