"Customer service was above and beyond outstanding. Sherry, Ashley, and Brandy were extremely kind and helpful in every way and made our stay the best it could be. They were so accommodating and deserve the highest praise. I suggest breakfast hours be extended until 10am, at least. The room was non-smoking but clearly a previous guest had smoked cigarettes. You could upgrade the fridge and couch. However, the hot tub with jets was an amazing luxury. The bed was very comfortable and clean as was the whole bedroom and bathroom area. The living area could’ve been a little cleaner and nicer. "

"Everything was good, one inconvience is there is no elevator. It was raining that day and there were a lot of puddles and water dripping onto walkways. The room was super clean, price great. Had I not overpacked and it wasn’t a rainy day, my stay would have been perfect. "
