"Clean and updated property. Plenty of parking for a truck pulling a large Uhaul trailer Dog friendly, no extra charge. Wood laminate flooring in rooms, good (not memory foam) mattress and bedding, plump pillows. Breakfast buffet, juice, coffee, milk cereal, toast, bagels, scrambled eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy served 5:00 AM til 10:00 AM. Lots of restaurants within steps of motel. Shuttle to and from Casino. At least $100 less per night than a room in San Diego proper."

"Everything was PERFECT! And I mean PERFECT! The room was immaculate, the staff was super friendly, we didn't use the laundry, but I'm sure it would've been PERFECT as well, parking was fabulous! And the room was a true handicap room with a rollin-in shower! I would DEFINITELY stay there again! My friend told me to read the reviews and that maybe I should book another hotel so I did but, I went with my gut, and I am so VERY glad I did it!"

"Hospitality was great. Price was great for the area. Had a suite and it was as advertised. The room was spotless and newly renovated. One tv's remote didn't work and they sent up maintenance and reprogrammed it right away. They also provided us a gift upon entrance, acouple snacks and a bottled water. We felt welcome, appreciated, and safe. Slept well in comfortable beds in a peaceful property. Some reviews seem concerned about the area, but we saw no issue. It's relatively blue collar in the area, but what would you expect for the price? Everyone was friendly we ran and there is a great little diner down the road on Main Street called the Antique Row Cafe that was owner operated. All in all a great experience."

"The hotel is older but most hotels in the area are. We stayed in a multi-bed unit which was massive, it was the size of a one bedroom condo. I only wish it had two bathrooms. It did have a kitchenette, microwave, two fridges, two closets, two queen beds, two sitting areas, a large living room, a couch, two tv’s, and a balcony. There was a coffee maker with multiple coffee selections. The free breakfast was great, serving things like eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, etc. The hotel was located right off the interstate and we drove to the nearby trolley station, parked our car there and utilized public transportation to get downtown. Parking was easy and free! The staff were very pleasant! I would absolutely stay there again!"
