"We loved this hotel and the people who worked there! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! especially Madeline our bartender, what an amazing person, we looked forward to seeing her each night when we got back to the hotel. The location was perfect for us to attend the Ohio State game, the mile trail to the stadium was so convenient. The food at the bar was great and the breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Whenever we stay in Columbus we will be at the Hyatt House. Thank you so much for a great weekend."
