"Charged a non deniable “hotel fee” for a $10 credit to the hotel restaurant, but if you didn’t use the $10 the first night you lose it. Hotel fee was also for “premium WiFi” which we did not get access to anyway.
Hallway to our room was filled with dirty sheets when we got in. Visible water damage in the room and buckled floors. The window did not have shades that could be closed, which really sucked because they were doing construction on the roof next to our window, my wife had to get dressed in the bathroom. The bed was at least comfortable."
