"I stayed in a deluxe room. It was neat and clean. Had a small desk setup, which was useful for my work. Size was average. Will be difficult to accommodate additional cot for child. Restroom was clean. Bathtub was luxury add. Toothbrush, paste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. But no shaving kit. Had balcony, but it is not private. The partition has open design through which you can see neighbours balcony. Inroom minibar items and snacks are way too expensive. Room service menu way way too expensive, five star price. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Well maintained pool. Beach was clean and had spaces to lie down and relax. They free buggy service to move around inside the property. Parking space was small, valet parking, car was parked under hot sun. Overall good experience, but expensive stay Not sure if it is worth the money we pay. I suggest you look for a better deal and book."

"The property is good but not upto the standards of a 5 star stay. Probably as they were over booked. Also, the sea view rooms aren't as one would expect to experience a sea view, the distance from the sea is great & the price one pays for the view, is not worth it ... So, better to go for the normal rooms n avoid the disappointment. If not, it's the best property around that stretch.. If not, for the above mentioned reasons. "

"Breakfast was good. They seem terribly short staffed. So there is a loooong wait before you’re served. I feel staff is exhausted too with little or no down time. The same people were seen on duty all day long. Reception staff seems a little lost. For every query it’s - I’ll get back to you & No one gets back. I was surprised to see my villa not cleaned & beds not made after a 5-6 hours outing. When i asked why, i was asked back if I had asked for room cleaning! This was shocking. I have never before ASKED for the room to be cleaned! A trivial problem - there was no Diet Coke on any day at any meal. I had asked for it on day 1. No effort was made to procure it for the next 3 days either. Disappointing. Lastly, the famous South Indian thali was not readily available. This was strange. We were told that you need to book it 24 hours prior. So we did that. Imagine our surprise that when we reach the restaurant absolutely starving after sight seeing & ask for our Thalis ( booked for 8 PM & we reached at 8:15 PM ) everyone looked surprised. The manager wasn’t there. The waiter looked surprised. We were upset. As senior citizens we eat meals at fixed hours. Food was finally served after 9 PM. The resort is beautiful. People come for the ambience & stay. But they’ll lose customers if they don’t get their staff trained afresh. PS. There was absolute RELUCTANCE to give us the hotel car. The staff kept pushing us towards a private taxi service. "

"Save your money and time and avoid this hotel. It’s not worth the price they charge. Outdated, shabby rooms and facilities. The bathroom felt unclean and unkept. Breakfast had minimal options and the food was cold. The WiFI never worked and the staff had no solutions to the issues as they were raised. Honestly this was a disappointing stay."

"Good quality hotel. About 1 mile from the beach. Nice clean rooms. Good range and quality for breakfast The days I was there, an evening buffet was avaiable for a small extra charge - good value RECOMMEND"
