"The room was super clean and smelled great. Lovely view of the waterfall from our 'unit', #4. Excellent location close to town so easy to walk. Bed was super large and the shower was also big and powerful. Loved meeting Oscar who is just adorable, though owning a Shih Tzu myself I may be a little biased. If I ever stay in Whakatane again, this will be my first choice."

"CHECK-IN/ Greeting was great. 2 bedroom(1 king and 1 single) with a wet bar and table, and sitting area. BREAKFAST by Sandra was FANTASTIC. She wwill cook your eggs how you want them. Her homemade muffins are really yummy. Napier has a charming waterfront and this Hotel is convenient, clean and delightful."
