"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Amazing Stay at Excellence El Carmen! I just checked out of Excellence El Carmen, and I can honestly say that my experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Everything was excellent — the food, the cleanliness, the beautiful facilities, the room, and most importantly, the incredible service from the staff. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the food was excellent with so many great options. Every person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. I especially want to recognize three amazing team members who went above and beyond: ❤️ Alvin, at the Sports Bar, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. ❤️ Luis Enríquez, who takes care of the room bars, was always so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. ❤️ Delvin, our waiter, provided wonderful service and always treated us with kindness and a smile. People like them truly make a vacation memorable. They made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Excellence El Carmen truly lived up to its name. 10/10 experience! I absolutely loved this resort and would happily come back again.
