"I recently stayed at Hard Rock this past weekend, and my experience was very mixed. On the positive side, the food was good and the staff were generally friendly and attentive. I have no complaints about the service from the people working there—they were kind and professional. However, the biggest issue was cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned. There was blood on the floor when we arrived, and it was never properly taken care of during our stay. That is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and even some of the common areas was below standard. Additionally, the room itself had maintenance issues. The door did not close properly, which made us feel unsafe, and the jacuzzi in the room was not working at all. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again. Also, I strongly advise future guests to avoid the “mandatory” presentations they offer in exchange for gifts. These are clearly a sales tactic to pressure you into buying very expensive vacation packages that are not worth it. Overall, while the staff and food were good, the lack of cleanliness and poor room conditions made this a disappointing experience. "

"When we booked the trip, we specified that we need double beds and it was indicated in our itinerary. We emphasised that at check in and they assured us that we were getting exactly what we requested. Nevertheless, when we arrived at the room, it turned out there was only one bed. It was pretty disappointing, they brought additional small bed which was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Finally, they moved us to another room in two days."
