"While the resort itself was beautiful and offered plenty of entertainment, the staff experience was mixed. The bartenders were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always kept the energy up. However, outside the bars, many staff members seemed less welcoming and less engaging. Customer service felt inconsistent throughout the resort, which was disappointing given how stunning the property is. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time, but a warmer, more attentive staff would have made it even better."
