The room itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable - exactly what I was hoping for. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel was also beautifully quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. "We had a club level room. The room was great. Food and drinks options at breakfast and evening were great, though the vegetarian choice in the evening could have been better. The only disappointment was the afternoon tea offer which was limited. But overall I would give it an 8.5/10."
