"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "

"Perfect location. When you step out of the hotel turn right and walk 15 minutes to the harbor, turn left and walk 15 minutes to fabulous shopping or cross the street for multiple dining options. "
