"I had a nice big room on 4th floor which was quiet and away from the busy roundabout which the hotel overlooks. There was a table and two chairs. The downstairs breakfast room and lounge were not spotless. When the table beside me was being cleaned the crumbs went straight on to the floor instead of being collected. The floor already badly needed to be swept and washed. There was dust on the shelf behind the seats in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet food was good however the porridge was not great as it was made using water and I prefer it made with milk. At check in I was not asked if I would be eating in the restaurant that evening so when I went down to the restaurant later there was a queue and I could not get as far as the menu and I found the whole area very dark. I decided not to queue and went elsewhere for my meal."

"This property is about a 15 minute taxi ride to the City center River area. It is clean and the staff was attentive. Coffee shop and 2 restaurants are across the street as well a Lidl supermarket right next to the hotel."
