"We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. One of the first things we noticed was how clean and well-maintained the property was. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a beautiful view, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. We also enjoyed spending time at the indoor pool, which was clean and well-kept. It was a great way to relax and added to the overall experience. Another highlight was the buffet breakfast. There was an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The combination of the excellent location, spotless accommodations, friendly staff, spacious rooms, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made our visit truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"Our stay here was great from the moment we checked in. We arrived at about 10 am and the front desk let us check in early for a $25 fee which was well worth it. We booked a queen corner room with city view. Room was extremely clean and quiet. Our room was 2318 and it has a fantastic view. Would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were cute and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shampoo and amenities were nice brands. It is right in the city, so it was quite loud, and the elevator wasn't working. That was a struggle the first day, but they got it fixed by our second day. I would have loved this hotel if we had a refrigerator to keep things cool, which was a little tricky since it was so hot outside. Even having water provided in the hotel would have been helpful. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The location is great for sightseeing, and you are definitely right in the heart of downtown Chicago."
