"We experienced several issues during our stay that we discussed with the manager at checkout. The body wash dispenser in the shower was broken and unusable, and the tissue box was almost empty. We did address both of these problems with the front desk the first morning, but neither was dealt with during our 2 night stay. We understood that the room might not be serviced daily, but there was no notice explaining this. More concerning, we found a coat and two French fries behind a chair, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The shade on the hanging lamp was also shattered. Taken together, these issues made the room feel as though it hadn't been properly inspected before our stay. To her credit, the manager was attentive to our concerns, and said she would contact housekeeping immediately. We appreciated her willingness to address the problems, but we hope the hotel improves its room inspections and housekeeping procedures for future guests."

"A little dated here and there, however it was spotlessly clean and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Ideally located for the activities we had planned and lovely to have an outdoor pool when you need to cool down! Would highly recommend."
