"Furniture old, staff not professional, breakfast ample"
The Guest House at Graceland

"We loved this hotel! The room was well-appointed, and the bathroom was beautiful! The large tiled shower was the highlight. It featured two shower heads, one being an overhead rain head.
The Graceland Guest House has many amenities such as: live music, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk (they gave this out at 9pm), water in the lobby, and free shuttles to and from Graceland (which is across the street). The pool was closed due to the time of year we stayed (late March).
The hotel also has a couple bars, two restaurants, and a cafe. My only knock against the hotel was the lack of available free coffee. I guess it’s due to the caliber of venue. But, aside from what is in your room or buying it from the cafe, there isn’t free coffee anywhere in the building.
The staff was amazing! We would definitely stay at the Graceland Guest House again!!"

"I didn’t get to actually stay because of an emergency. I called Expedia who talked to 2 people that refused to refund me over $400. My wife went to the ER and had to have surgery. It wasn’t until I went in there and met Taffie that things got taken care of. It shouldn’t matter where someone purchases the room. An emergency is an emergency and even one of the ladies I spoke to at reservations said that but that is not the normal way for an emergency. So, I will never stay there and I will let people know. The way I was treated until I met Taffie is unacceptable. "

Temperatures were appropriate.
