"We stayed at Smuggler's Cove Inn from July 16-19 and had a wonderful experience. There were two adults in our party, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and a beautiful ocean view. The property offers several great amenities. We used the pool once and found it clean and perfectly maintained. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which was excellent. They accommodated my special request without any issues, and the food and service were both outstanding. The breakfast buffet was generous and well-stocked, with attentive service each morning. One of our favorite experiences was taking out the kayaks. We used two kayaks and life jackets and had a fantastic outing. The process was incredibly easy, and we appreciated not having to go through a complicated equipment checkout procedure. The property map provided at check-in was also helpful, and beach towels were available upon request. The only surprise was that our room was not fully cleaned during our stay. Housekeeping did stop by once to empty the trash and provide fresh towels, which was appreciated. Since the bed and bathroom remained in good shape, this wasn't a major issue for us. If you're looking for a property that feels brand new and ultra-modern, this may not be the place for you. Smuggler's Cove Inn has more of a quirky, unique character, which is exactly what we loved about it. The charm, views, amenities, and friendly service made for a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return."

"Very good location and great sunsets out the balconies or just drive down to the water for beautiful shots. Room was clean and comfortable, if a bit basic. The loveseat was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic but staff were friendly."

"The room was on the end of the pier and was clean. It had a kureig in the room, my husband needs his coffee. I wish there was more comfortable outside seating like the online photos. We were close to all the shops and restaurants. We were able to park the car and walk to everything. View from our window."

"I love this hotel for its simplicity. You can order continental - ish breakfast but they do not offer a buffet where you serve yourself. Therefore the choices are limited. I do not eat breakfast so this works for me. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most of all, it is clean and 1 block off of Main St so everything is in walking distance."
