"Everything was great! The front desk staff was especially helpful. Nice that they have a luggage storage room to drop off luggage. Loved the location! Shakespeare’s Pub, just around the corner, had a friendly atmosphere and delicious fish & chips!"

"Beautifully clean and tidy. Right below the Skytower which looked amazimng at night. Nice big bath to relax in after walking all day. Stay were so friendly and accommodating even getting me in to the room early. Restaurant staff were also great! "

"Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed the Club privileges. Great location for access to Auckland center. Only negative is there isn’t a thermostat in the room. I wasn’t able to change the temperature and couldn’t get it cool enough for my preference. Asked for and received a fan - which helped - but definitely prefer to regulate the room temperature myself. "
