"Staff lovely.Pool busy and crowded with children diving ans bombing. Not relaxing. Breakfast sub standard., but Manager addressed this nicely. People in table next to me felt like this too. Lovely hotel bur k rd and Queen stretlet very dodgy, homeless and drunks hassling fir money. Great place to stay for ease to city, and you can use uber."

"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."
