"The staff! All of them! At the front desk, the restaurant and The Churchill! Absolutely incredible team. Felt so welcomed by all. The bed is lush, the pillows amazing! Room a bit smaller than anticipated but for the price was great value. Only downside is the soundproofing and heavy doors slamming when people came in and out of rooms."

"It was great for our stopover as we wanted the proximity to the airport. Check-in was fast, check-out was fast, and we don’t have to leave the hotel for a meal after a long flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying there again."

"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉"
