"Have stayed at a lot of the heathrow hotels, and this one is definitely up there. Great VFM, the queen room was lovely and clean, very good aircon. Staff were very helpful at the desk, perfect for a pre-flight stop over."

"The room was clean and perfectly suited for an overnight stop with two young children. The room was very warm, despite provision of a fan. The use of the pool was excellent and the bar restaurant was great for a drink and food in the evening."

"BEAUTIFUL grounds and main hotel areas, super helpful and welcoming staff. The room itself had basic amenities, and smelt like it was an ex- smokers room. May just be that the soft furnishings needed replacing. The room was dated and needed an upgrade. It would have been good to have a safe in the room too. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful and it was a shame it was only a fleeting visit. Slightly overpriced considering the room itself."
