"Tivoli is a beautiful lodge. Staff was always very helpful when we arrived and upon departure. Our room was excellent. Location is very close to restaurants and shops. Walking paths were just outside the lodge. We would highly recommend a stay here."

"Nice place, nice stay & great location. A McDonalds is walking distance & some restaurants on site& walking distance as well. We loved the on site free shuttle service & the drivers were helpful & informative w great tips on what to do & see in Vail Village & Lionshead. My only complaint is when we tried to call the hotel w the phone # they provided (for connecting to the shuttle for a ride back from both Vail Village & Lions head), the call went straight to voicemail repeatedly & took over 45- 1 hour of repeated calling to get to the front desk. It would be nice to have an option to text instead. That was a long wait& the reason for 4 stars instead of 5."

"From the moment we arrived until we left the Staff went above and beyond to make our stay Special and efficient. I loved the Customer Service level of all employees on site. They were accommodating, amazing problem solvers and quick with a smile and conversation. The Valet gave us great places to try, unloaded and loaded all of our luggage. Always kept our car close to keep our wait time low. The front desk staff was able to solve all of our request efficiently and above board. They sent a fan for our room, a HDMI cable, and gave great suggestions for things to do. Also, got us in our room at 12pm which was a great way to get us started after a long drive. We really enjoyed our room, 248. The owners of that room have done an amazing job of updating the space. Two bathrooms, two separate beds, a great view of Vail Village and the convenience of being able to walk the entire area in under 15 minutes. The place was clean, well appointed, and the furniture was Top Shelf. Really loved the kitchen with all the great appliances, pots, pans, bar area and real Fire Place. I can't say enough about the spacious room and how perfect it made our stay."

"When we checked in they said they had a private shuttle for guests but we’d have to call to get picked up from Elways. We called every number associated with the hotel and nobody answered the phones. So we froze waiting for the city bus."

"Excellent communication prior to arrival. Easy checkin even one hour early. Accommodation was excellent, much more than expected: roomy living area, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace. Parking was a big tight for even my average size vehicle, a significant challenge when parking next to full size pickup or SUV. Excellent location within easy walking distance or free bus to anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitly a place to stay and will look forward to our next visit there."
