"The room initially felt small, possibly because they tried to fit so much into it: two beds, a couch, wardrobe, dresser, desk, nightstand, and kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious! The deep tub was worth every penny, especially if you enjoy soaking while watching your partner shower. 😂
The shower floor was buckled and creaked, making it feel uneven and unsafe. The bed also squeaked quite a bit, so sexercise was rather loud. Spider and bug in the room.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the breakfast area, bar, gym, and laundry were on the lower level. We didn't discover the pool until checkout morning because signage was lacking and nobody mentioned it at check-in. We looked for it by all the other amenities.
We appreciated the text on day two asking how our stay was and inviting us to share concerns. They texted us the new Wi-Fi password when it changed on day 2, they didnt procide it at check-in. Staff interactions overall felt impersonal, with no greeting or acknowledgment in the checkin hallway when we came and went.
Our cars ended up covered in tree debris, so a warning about where to park or a free carwash would've been appreciated. The $39.99 a NIGHT pet fee seemed excessive, so our furry kids stayed home.
Sometimes freeway traffic was excessively loud.
Overall, the excellent breakfast and spacious tub were highlights, but maintenance issues, limited signage, and a few thoughtful service improvements would make the stay much better."
