"I did not feel safe at this hotel. It is very run down, the linens were stained, the sealing in the bathroom over the tub was hanging down, someone started playing loud music at 4am, one lady started yelling obscenely from the balcony at someone down in the parking lot, and there were roaches in the room. I checked out a day early so I wouldn’t have to stay there another night. "

I was forced to sign intake papers that had the line stating that I acknowledged and accepted (illegal) pet charges for my service dog filled with my initials by the woman behind the desk. This interaction made my whole stay much more stressful than necessary. They illegally put us in a pet room and took away the room I wanted. "Jack C. checked us in and was not pleasant. She seemed annoyed to be helping us. Room was okay—nothing special. Breakfast okay—some food cold. Pool was closed at 9:00 next morning when it should have been open because they had to clean it. Had to wait half an hour in swimsuits. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not sure why it has 9.2 rating."
