"This hotel is the perfect stop when preparing to utilize the Shannon Airport. The front desk was helpful in answering questions both when we got there and when leaving. We ate a relaxing dinner and a great breakfast."

"The room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pleasantly beyond my expectations - very good and a lot of variety. LOVED the dormer window. The only thing that prevented this from getting 5 stars was the elevator. We only used it once and then took the stairs from there on. The light inside was almost nonexistent - like the bulb had just burned out maybe? A little scary riding in an elevator with the lights out and makes you second guess the safety of it. We lived LOL Other than that - great hotel and gorgeous little town. Really loved the overall experience."

"We stayed in Ireland for 12 days. This property was the nicest place we stayed. Large, clean room/bathroom. Bathroom had a tub and shower and space. Staff booked an early taxi for us to get to the airport, super helpful and an easy trip to the airport."

"The hotel is very nice. I understand it’s under renovation so the room was quite old. smelled musty and damn But beds were pretty comfortable. The bathroom was probably the worst about the room. It was old and but functioned somewhat again. The hotel is under renovation so this is understanding the staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was pretty good. Breakfast was lovely so for overall 9/10."

"The only negative was the food, we had dinner , the meat was pre cooked and poor quality, breakfast was sitting too long, the eggs watery and the meats tough."

"Easy parking, nice rooms, the restaurant on premise is great, the breakfast was fantastic, the only downside is no refrigerator in the hotel room, so if you're there for a long stay and want to keep snacks cold you won't be able to. The access to Dromoland's walkways was a real highlight and it's a great location for getting to the towns and villages around the area. We will definitely be staying here again, very happily!"
