"Nice and lovely place"

"The room was very spacious and comfortable but it needed some attention. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The room was reasonably clean. There was a ton of storage throughout the suite - multiple closets. The bathroom sink did not drain at all so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall so the curtain did not hang correctly and the shower remained half open while using it. There was paint spatter here and there that was not consequential but the place just did not look well kept. The breakfast was ok, but very sparse and not sufficient for the amount of guests at the property. The coffee, pancake mix, and yogurt bowl were continuously empty. None of them were large enough to reasonably last more than a few minutes. There was only one coffee carafe and many guests so it was not set up to serve the number of people staying there. One morning we left the breakfast and came back later as pretty much everything was empty and the lone staff member was not readily replenishing the supply."

"The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The king bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and quite delicious. Again, service was fast, friendly and courteous. We quite enjoyed our stay and would recommend it other travelers."

"Very close to the island line bike trail ( excellent) the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were very clean and quiet surroundings. The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with everything we needed very happy with our stay."

"I had a great stay at the Topnotch Resort. It had a great friendly comfortable feel to it and at the same time a luxury experience. The views from the outdoor pools were amazing and the indoor pool and hot tub were amazing too. I loved the waterfall effect to massage your shoulders and the power jets to massage your back and legs. I wished the outdoor hot tub had power jets too. The bar was great but I didn’t try any dining when I was there. I Checked out the spa and it had first class offerings. The service was fantastic and I really enjoyed talking to the J1 employees and hearing about where they came from. It makes you want to travel and see their beautiful countries. The room was excellent too but the bathroom was starting to show as a little worn. Overall an amazing property and I really appreciated Jeff asking about my stay and wanting to hear the feedback - both good comments and notes where you improve. It’s that kind of attention and response that tells you an organization or business cares about excellence and wants to use that information to make things even better. Very impressed by the resort!!"
